People were eagerly waiting for the release of South actor Thalapathy Vijay and Pooja Hegde’s Tamil film ‘Beast’. The film ‘Beast’ has been released in Hindi as ‘Raw’. What producer directors Neeraj Pandey and Shivam Nair have shown about RAW in their series ‘Special Ops’ has sparked public interest in this institution beyond ‘Tiger’. Beast Movie Story

The film starts off promisingly. We get an introduction from Veera Raghavan (Vijay), a senior RAW officer who becomes psychologically wounded after a mission to nab a most-wanted terror mastermind (Lilliput Farooqui). He leaves the organization and tries to get rid of his demons, but then, the mall where he is with his girlfriend Preeti (Pooja Hegde, whose main task is to be eye candy) is taken over by terrorists. Sarkar’s interlocutor Altaf Hussain (a Selvaraghavan, who is making his acting debut) persuades Veera to launch a rescue operation, but can he succeed?

The problem with Beast is that it has a hero who is too strong to have been given a mission that never seems like a challenge. The terrorists hardly seem dangerous (they barely kill anyone while trying to instill fear in the hearts of the hostages), and the mission hardly turns out to be a daunting task for an adventurer like Veera. None of the kidnappers have a personality, including their leader Saif (Ankur Ajit Vikal).

In the last hero saves all hostages lives. Hero goes to out of country for catch the terrorists. In the last scene IAF(Indian Air Force) Movement happen which is really make it special.
